Haven Properties – Fee Schedule
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEES:
$100.00 for a Single Family Home, $125.00 for a duplex and $250.00 for a
four-plex. For those properties of 5 to 15 units our fee is $35.00 per unit.
For an apartment complex of 15 units or more we charge $25.00 per unit. This does not include the cost of an “on-site” resident manager.
This fee schedule may be modified in a case by case basis depending on condition of the property, other circumstances or special needs.
LEASE/RENT UP FEES
The fee for obtaining a new tenant is 50% of one month’s rent for 1 – 15 unit buildings. There is no Lease/Rent Up fee on properties of 16 units or more. This fee is good for a period of six months from the date the current tenant moves in. If a tenant vacates prior to the end of six months residency, we will not charge you a Lease/Rent up fee to obtain a new tenant. For Duplexes and Single Family Homes we usually obtain a 1 year lease, for other units a minimum of a 6 month lease.
EVICTION INSURANCE:
For an additional $7.00 per month, per unit, we will pay the Attorney’s fees if your tenant fails to pay the rent and we have to have them removed through the “unlawful detainer” process. This insurance is only good if Haven Properties places the tenant.
