I thought I’d forward this graphic from the California Association of Realtors on a recent poll they took.

Check it out.   It’s amazing with all the recent hoopla about how Millennials love Mid-Town Sacramento with all the night life and restaurants.

Interesting to see the statistic of what most buyers think is important.   Folsom has a lot to offer that is on this list.

A Nice Sacramento Duplex for Sale in a Cul-de-Sac Location
