He goes on further…..“We live in the bay area and when we first looked at homes in the summer of 2012 we saw some beautiful homes priced at 450K – 550K. We are now ready to move and are looking into homes in the same areas and it seems the prices have gone up by 20 % yet in the bay area our prices have gone up 10-12% why have prices spiked so much in the Granite bay area?”
This was a question on Trulia posed by a prospective buyer living in the Bay Area that was looking last year and can’t believe the price increases here.
