Buyer Optimism Is Up… Now Might Be A Good Time to Sell…?

I thought I’d pass this along to you folks.   I know the last couple of weeks in our office that sales have picked up some.

My take on this…. ?  I think it’s because the market had been down so long that people are beginning to realize they haven’t built much new inventory so “re-sale” homes are going to be more in demand.
