Just Drive Around, You’ll See Evidence of a “come back”…
I’ve been a resident of Folsom since October of 1989, a previous “housing boom” year. While it’s not like it was back then, there are signs that things are changing.
I thought I’d pass along some recent articles regarding the regional economy and how it relates to housing and business in general.
Here’s a recent article in the Sacramento Bee regarding the “pipeline” of proposed projects. A lot of them were stopped when the
downturn in the market occurred.

One of the projects that was placed on hold was the one being developed by D.R. Horton at the intersection of Natomas and Green Valley Road called, THE KNOLLS that’s pictured here.
The Folsom Telegraph had an article recently about our local business climate I think you’ll find informative.

While that all seems like good news, there’s some reservation as observed by the Sacramento Business Journal.
Home sales appear to be leveling off

Anyway… it’s almost Spring time… the weather has been great and I think the smell of a rebound is in the air. Time will tell.
